Rishi Sunak has rather hijacked our plans to celebrate the 4th of July but Smith & Wollensky London are throwing  an unforgettable Independence Day party for our equally crazy cousins in the US on Thursday 4 July 6pm to late that will have you raising your glass to liberty and indulging in the finest U.S. cuisine!

Kick off the evening with our signature Rabbit Hole Bourbon cocktails, masterfully crafted by our Head Mixologist, Richard Beck. Whether you fancy a “Rabbit in the Hat” or prefer to go “Down the Rabbit Hole” with a straight shot, there’s a drink to suit every taste.

The menu is a delicious tribute to American classics. Nibble on mouth-watering beef sliders, bourbon-cured salmon tartare, and mac and cheese croquettes. For something heartier, our bowl food options include BBQ pork ribs, clam chowder, hot dogs, and Cajun salmon tacos. Don’t miss the food stations featuring the finest U.S. beef and a delectable seafood spread with prawns and clams.

As you savour these culinary delights, immerse yourself in the timeless melodies of classic American music, providing the perfect backdrop for an evening of celebration and fun.

• Tickets: £50 per person, including two cocktails, canapés, bowl food, and access to the U.S. Beef and Seafood stations.
