On Sunday 24th July four young reporters reviewed DC League of Super-Pets on behalf of London Mums Magazine.

Reporter 1: Pavan Panesar claims to have bigger muscles than Dwayne Johnson. 13 years old.

Reporter 2: Sandeep Panesar has big cute smile like ‘Krypto’. 12 years old.

Reporter 3 Arjun Panesar claims to tell better jokes than Kevin Hart. 9 years old.

Reporter 4: Amandeep Panesar has super powers like ‘Krypto’. 9 years old loves wearing a cape.

We arrived in good time at West Brompton for the casual and colourful Underbelly festival starting off with an outdoor gin tasting masterclass followed by a bite to eat from the onsite vendors and ending the evening with the much talked about show: Unfortunate: The Untold Story of Ursula the Sea Witch ….here’s our take on the experience:

Film review: Minions – The Rise Of Gru

When life hands you lemons, turn them into minions. The Minions movie in 2015 which separated the wholesome hoard from Gru was entertaining and allowed them to shine in their own light, having deservedly stolen the show in the Despicable Me films.

There’s a satisfaction in this latest film of seeing them reunited, or perhaps pre-united, and the writers nicely balance the ingredients of their loyal, not too bright, henchmen support with the charmingly fractious junior Gru. Minions – The Rise Of Gru lands in cinemas on 1st July 2022.

West End show review: CHAPTERS 25+1 at Peacock Theatre

On Saturday 25th of June at the Peacock theatre a group of people came together to present a hip hop show to the audience. Young dancers from around the world had come together with one thing in common “dance”. Different ages, different sizes, different race and abilities had all come together that night. 

The Chapters 25+1 show was dedicated to the celebration of the last 25 years of the positive changes made by Impact Dance, a youth empowerment and dance organisation.
