The Tiger Who Came to Tea Party book is our favourite activity book of the Summer and is being published for the 50th anniversary of the original book this year. It is based on The Tiger Who Came to Tea which is a classic story Sophie and her extraordinary teatime guest by Judith Kerr that was first published fifty years ago. Believe it or not, The Tiger has been coming to Tea for 50 glorious years. First published in 1968 and never out of print, The Tiger Who Came to Tea has become a timeless classic enjoyed and beloved by generations of children.

Father’s Day is coming up (Sunday, 17 June 2018) and The RAF 100 book is the ideal gift for any for any fans of historical airplanes, war history and engineering as well as collectors of RAF memorabilia. I am none of that but still loved flipping through the pages and looking at the stunning original photography. It is great value at £25 because the volume looks expensive and precious. It is published by Carlton Books and available from www.carltonbooks.co.uk.

I have a passion for London, London buildings and books about London. I have now found the perfect book for my collection and for my son to explore our Capital’s wonderful architecture. The Buildings That Made London is a brand new illustrated book from Bloomsbury that explores 27 of the capital’s most interesting buildings. Written in association with The National Archives and beautifully illustrated by Josie Shenoy, this is a great introduction to young readers and a book that brings London to life. I cannot stop turning pages and look at the detailed illustrations.
