It comes out on the 4th of January 2018 and is a great new novel for 9+ children who love adventure stories.

Finding new authors is always exciting and fascinating. I feel very honoured to have personally met and interviewed talented Nillu Nasser who has just released new literary fiction All the Tomorrows which tells the story of newlyweds Jaya and Akash in Mumbai, India. The novel is about second chances, the weight of tradition and gender, and the line between happiness and selfishness. It will appeal to readers of literary fiction, those who like foreign travel and family sagas.

Blu-ray review: Dunkirk

If you missed Christopher Nolan’s latest film Dunkirk, released during the Summer, you can now watch it on Blu-Ray. Even in the small screen it won’t disappoint those people who love war drama movies. It’s a very powerful visualisation of how a day as a private during WW2 could have looked like. It features a British ensemble cast including Tom Hardy, Kenneth Branagh, Mark Rylance, Cillian Murphy, Fionn Whitehead and Harry Styles. One to watch on a grey Winter afternoon. 12+ kids will enjoy that too, particularly if they love history. It might not be Horrible Histories style but very realistic and educational.
