I often ask my clients about their daily tea and coffee intake, and the answers can be surprising! We often don’t realise how much we rely on these beverages, turning to them for everything from a morning boost to a social connection. But too much caffeine can disrupt your body and mind, affecting your mood and sleep.
So, today’s challenge: be mindful of reducing your caffeine consumption. This includes energy drinks and sodas too!
I encourage you to try something new (see below). Swap your usual caffeinated beverage for something healthier, like simply water or a herbal tea.

My personal favourite recommendation is green tea, which can increase serotonin and dopamine, those feel-good chemicals in our brains. And who doesn’t want to feel happier?
Water is an excelsior for life itself and a lot of people don’t release they don’t get enough of it daily. This too helps your body and mind function more efficiently
There’s a whole world of delicious and beneficial natural drinks out there. Discover new flavours and experience the positive impact on your sleep, mood, and overall health. It might take a little time to get used to the change, but I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to enjoy my elevenses! LOL
