On another characteristically wet London afternoon, London Mums Magazine was invited to step inside the magic of the latest Mundo Pixar Experience. Located on Fulton Road in Wembley, the venue offered a warm escape from the February drizzle, greeting us with a champagne reception, sweet treats, and friendly organisers eager to guide us through.
I’m Ranjeet Panesar, a contributor for London Mums Magazine, and I was joined by my son (18), Olia (23), and Veraina (84). Spanning three generations, our group has grown up with Pixar, and we found ourselves connecting with every room we entered.
Stepping into this immersive showcase feels less like entering an exhibition and more like walking straight into the creative heartbeat of Pixar Animation Studios. From the moment you arrive, you are no longer just a visitor – you are part of the story. Every room feels bigger, brighter, and more magical than you imagined, as if you’ve walked straight into the movies we all grew up loving.
Wander through the iconic bedrooms of Toy Story and Inside Out, and come face-to-face with some beloved characters along the way. The experience is meticulously crafted, blending large-scale installations, interactive projections, and behind-the-scenes insights that reveal the artistry behind character design, story development, and digital animation.
What truly sets this exhibition apart is its ability to appeal to both nostalgia and curiosity. For longtime fans, it’s a joyful reunion with familiar faces and narratives. For newcomers, it’s a deeper appreciation of the craft.
