A firm family favourite, Castle Siege at Arundel Castle is a three-day event that covers all aspects of a 15th century siege. Forces from England and France will enter into conflict twice a day, using replica medieval canons, archers, fully armoured knights and men at arms, to try to gain possession of the Castle. With a plot full of twists and turns, visitors can expect to be kept on tenterhooks until the very final battle.

During May & June 2018 eruptions of pom-pom headed alliums will burst into bloom at Arundel Castle.
Exploding into flower with bright blooms towering over neighbouring plants, it’s easy to see why alliums are a firm favourite with the nation’s gardeners and nicknamed the ‘fireworks of gardening’.
The allium display can be seen throughout the Walled Gardens at Arundel Castle with over fourteen varieties on show, some of which may grow up to five feet high.

With weaponry, armour and combat demonstrations, there is something to inform and entertain visitors of all ages.
Annual Tulip Festival at Arundel Castle – 15 April – 15 May 2018

During April and May, Arundel Castle is the place for tulip enthusiasts. During this period over 60,000 tulips will bloom in the Castle’s stunning gardens providing visitors with one of the most impressive tulip displays in the country. A wide range of varieties of tulips will be in flower at the Castle creating an explosion of colour throughout its extensive walled gardens.
Normans and Crusaders at Arundel Castle – 31 March – 2 April 2018

Normans and Crusaders is a great event taking place at Arundel Castle between 31 March and 2 April 2018. Set within a tented encampment on the American lawns, this Easter weekend visitors will witness breath-taking demonstrations of Norman weaponry, armour, combat, archery and falconry. There will also be craft displays and have-a-go archery for the over 8s to ensure an Easter to remember!
