Recipe: Ginger, carrot and apple juice

A sweet and spicy drink – healthy, delicious and rather attractive! 1. Peel the ginger and lemons. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut the apples and the fennel into halves or quarters so that they fit into the juice extractor. 2. Put all the ingredients into the juice extractor. Stir the juice well, leave to settle for 5 minutes and then skim off the foam. 3. Put the juice in the refrigerator.
