As a Coach and also ex-recruiter, I know how hard it can be for some to place themselves in a position of strength when looking for that next chapter of their working lives. I often ask a significant question to my clients when coaching;
‘what can you do to help you deal with the emotional challenge as well as the practical challenge of what you want to achieve?’

Firstly thank you to London Mums Magazine for giving me this lovely opportunity to blog here.
I have so much I want to discuss and talk about, but I thought I should probably introduce myself first.
