My favourite breakfast is two hard boil egg’s. full of protein and calcium and they make me feel full ,so I don’t feel hungry.

I make a crunchy cereal of my own with nuts and dried fruit and oats etc
My favourite breakfast is blueberries, yoghurt and seeds (from a bag from Aldi); it adds some texture to the yoghurt and makes you feel like you’re eating something, it’s delicious x
