She addresses common battlegrounds, such as mealtimes, dressing, sleeping, behavioural issues and potty training, and takes you step-by-step through her tried-and-tested techniques to deal with them simply, patiently and effectively.
The book includes also a practical guide to recognise and tackle common illnesses kids may encounter during the toddler and the early school years which is priceless and I never found in one place before.
