UK Government Crackdown on Vaping (2025)

Disposable Vape Ban – Starting June 1, 2025, the UK will ban single-use vapes to reduce environmental impact and deter youth vaping.

Tobacco and Vapes Bill (November 2024):
Phasing Out Tobacco Sales – Banning tobacco sales for anyone born after January 1, 2009, creating a smoke-free generation.
Vape Sales Restrictions – Prohibiting sales to those under 18, regulating product flavours, packaging, and advertising.
Expanding Smoke-Free Zones – Extending bans to playgrounds, school zones, and hospital areas.

Despite these risks and regulations, vaping and smoking persist. Concerned parents worldwide are advocating for – and achieving – greater restrictions on vape sales near schools.
