Swimmingly good! I’m going to The Design Museums exhibition called “Splash! A Century of Swimming and Style”. I am looking forward to it because I love to swim every morning.
Swimming, or any exercise, is such a fantastic way to start your day. You feel great and your all set up to face the day. All obvious factors about the the physical benefits go unsaid, but studies show that you are more likely to take better care of your health in general when you start your day with exercise.

Congratulations to All London Marathon Participants
A heartfelt congratulations to every single person who entered, ran, attempted, or completed the London Marathon. Whether you crossed the finish line or not, taking on a challenge of this magnitude is an achievement in itself. The courage it takes to step up to the start line, the months of preparation, and the personal hurdles overcome along the way are all worth celebrating.

The premiere of Disney’s Snow White was a truly enchanting experience, especially shared with Monica. Stepping into the venue felt like entering a fairy tale, with children dressed in their finest and a delightful array of pre-show activities. The glitter tattoos, magic mirror crafting, and photo opportunities were a whimsical touch, perfectly capturing the spirit of the film. Of course, no children’s event is complete without a generous helping of sugary treats, balanced (just barely!) with a few healthier options.
