2014 has been a big year for London in terms of its representation both in British and international films.
I recently spent a few days in New York City at the global premiere of Netflix original series March Polo and had tremendous fun spotting all locations of big movies such as Spider-Man and many others.
But my heart remains in London which in my view is an unbeatable venue for filming as well as one of my favourite capitals of the world (only behind Rome).
This Christmas 2014, in particular, all eyes are on our stunning British Capital as the best festive movies have London as their backdrop.
Here are the top three films kids and parents alike can enjoy together while spotting all the familiar locations.

No need to say that the recurring ingredient when showing London is the Big Ben. He is amazing! Yes you have read it correctly! For me Big Ben has personality and speaks to people. No surprise that it has been voted the favourite London landmark by young people. It’s mine too!
