Swimmingly good! I’m going to The Design Museums exhibition called “Splash! A Century of Swimming and Style”. I am looking forward to it because I love to swim every morning.
Swimming, or any exercise, is such a fantastic way to start your day. You feel great and your all set up to face the day. All obvious factors about the the physical benefits go unsaid, but studies show that you are more likely to take better care of your health in general when you start your day with exercise.

Too much to do as parent? How to work smarter, not harder so you can enjoy your kids more.

Or that it had not got to the point where an essential visit to my GP seemed self-indulgent.
