Elephant Recruitment Ltd is an established childcare provider and continues to pride itself on a first class service, personal to both families and professional child carers. Monica Morison, Director of Elephant Recruitment, has worked in business for over 15 years.
In the last year we have had families all over the UK and Ireland contacting Elephant Recruitment to use our Au pair service, mainly through referrals from previous clients. We are, of course, delighted with the level of referrals we continue to receive and the fact that these are testament to the high level of service our clients have experienced.
However, we now need to ensure that we have a structure in place to allow further expansion of this business to ensure we continue to fill new roles while offering the high levels of customer service we are now noted for. We have therefore decided to appoint high calibre Agents to work with us across the UK and Ireland.
Our Agents need to be ambitious, like minded, good networkers and hardworking. We want you to join us in building a fantastic and rewarding business, enjoying the benefits of good results while helping us to continue delivering the excellent reputation Elephant Recruitment has built up. Our Agents will be home based and self employed Agents and will have full support from Head Office.
You need to show good business acumen, with a fun, personable personality and possess a network of contacts and or the ability to gain contact with families in your local area.
This is a great opportunity for you to earn as much as you like. The role is commission based only. The Commission rate is agreed between you and Elephant Recruitment and will be reviewed on a regular periodic basis.
How it will work?
Your job will be to network and secure families who want au pairs to you locally, you will be required to meet them in their own home and go through the full registration process with them. Then Head Office will match them with the appropriate Au Pair that has been fully vetted, to a high standard.
