Easy recipe to make mini Chocolate Meringues. Great for parties, street parties and kids’ events in general.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
16 ready-made mini meringues
60 g Philadelphia with Cadbury (we have chose this chocolate spread as it is lighter than Nutella)
120 g strawberries OR raspberries OR black cherries
Sandwich together the meringues with a little of the Philly. Arrange on a serving plate decorated with your choice of fruit or indeed a mix of the fruits.

Tip:
In place of mini meringues use half the number of normal sized meringues. Or use fruit flavoured mini meringues.
