Be part of our Yoga Flash Mob! You are warmly invited to join The House of Yoga for our Yoga Flash Mob. This will consist of a shortened outside yoga session led by the House of Yoga (Putney).
What we will be doing:
Meeting up at the below venue where we will roll out our yoga mats and practice some vinyasa flow for approx mins. Jason and Alex will lead the session.
Where:
Putney wharf square, The Piazza, Brewhouse Lane., By the boathouse pub and Carluccio’s.
When:
Saturday 13th October 2012 at 3pm
What to bring:
Bring your own mat if you have one but we will be handing some out if you need to borrow a mat.
What to wear:
As it’s not the warmest time of the year bring along joggers, hoody etc.
We will be handing out The House of Yoga T-shirts so please email us at info@thehouseofyoga.co.uk what size you require and we will hand it out on Saturday at the event.
Vita Coco have also kindly offered to hand out free coconut water.
Please confirm your attendance as the space we have chosen will only accommodate 20 people.
Please note we will be taking pictures and videos of this event so we can create awareness of this great mind body practice.
