Show review: Cirque Berserk at Riverside Studios

‘Cirque Berserk – beautiful and extraordinary acts from around the world.’  These were the words of my mother as she left Riverside Studios and after watching this magnificent performance. Presented by Zippos, Cirque Berserk is a must-see, combining classic circus acts with daring stunt action, including over thirty fearless acrobats, aerialists and daredevil stuntmen.

Alec next to Cirque Berserk show posterThis new show for 2023 features performers from across the globe making their UK debuts, such as acts from Brazil, Africa and Mongolia! This is no ordinary circus, including what they  call the legendary motorcycle Globe of Death, speeding motorbikes inside a steel globe at up to 60 miles an hour! The show really has it all and even uses more obscure acts like rollerblades, hula hoops, a giant robot, and of course, comedy.

Following sold-out seasons in the West End and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Cirque Berserk! celebrates its tenth anniversary with a five-week season at the Riverside Studios, Hammersmith W6 9BN until 11th March 2023.

The new show for 2023 features performers from across the globe making their UK debuts, alongside a host of Cirque Berserk! favourites including the world’s most hair-raising circus act – the legendary motorcycle Globe of Death.

With up to 3 shows daily, Cirque Berserk! is the perfect evening out or half-term treat!

The show is entirely non-verbal, and appeals to audiences of all ages.

Performance includes loud noises, flashing lights, smoke effects and real motorbikes.
