Recipe: Vegetable quiche, Mediterranean style

Easy and yummy vegetarian dish. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 ÂşC. Spread the dough on a baking tray covered with baking paper and prick with a fork. 2. Spread the tomato pesto onto the dough and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. 3. Wash the vegetables and chop into 1.5 cm dice. Fry the aubergines for 6 minutes in hot olive oil, then add the courgettes and fry for another 5 minutes.

A sweet and spicy drink – healthy, delicious and rather attractive! 1. Peel the ginger and lemons. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut the apples and the fennel into halves or quarters so that they fit into the juice extractor. 2. Put all the ingredients into the juice extractor.
