Is it negative to live each day with “What if there was no tomorrow?”. I don’t think so. It is easier to focus on living in the present moment. You have a greater appreciation for the day. You also have a moment to think about your current lifestyle. What do you like about it, what do you want to change, what would you do or not do if there were no tomorrow”?
I am a morning person, but if I am hemming and hawing about what I should do, asking yourself the question can spur you on to get up and go, or not. However, just stopping and pondering the idea of your choices will make you realise clearly what you really want to do, and either answer is right.
The pause and consideration can make a huge difference to understanding what really makes you happy and how you want to live your life. This can also help you consider lifestyle choices, the good and the bad. If something needs to change this is when you acutely aware of what it is and can encourage you to take action.
